I'm not like any other lender you've worked with:

1. My family and God come first and my mission is to be the same person in all areas of my life. Fun fact: my 5-year-old Michaela drew my logo! To be quite candid, #mortgagedad is the best brand idea I've had because it's the closest thing to who I am. I'm a dad & I do mortgages. I will not treat you like a number or a transaction; I will do only what is in your best interest (pun intended), even if it means referring you to someone else. As a broker, I don't serve a corporate bottom line, I serve you!

2. I'm a real estate investor and have built multi-unit portfolios and flipped plenty of properties and even bought my own home with a 203k renovation loan. I started in real estate investing by doing the remodeling myself during nights while working mortgages by day!

3. I've built multiple businesses, lost everything and rebuilt my life from the ashes, including my credit. When I teach credit repair, I know it because I've lived it and my passion is taking someone from feeling stuck to feeling empowered by a plan to move forward.

4. My wife and I have worked tirelessly to build the life we wanted for our family; against a lot of obstacles we were able to buy our dream ranch in Montana for our kids. My hope is to help you move towards your dream and a better financial future, whether that is a new purchase, refinance, or investment property. I help clients in almost 20 states at this time!

5. I won't judge or write anyone off based on their circumstances but instead try to listen to my client's goals and help them take steps to get there if they are willing to do the work and stick to the process. If that means we need to fix your credit, lets get started. If that means we need to look at down payment assistance, we'll go for it! If it means I need to add a new product that fits your specific needs, we'll find the right channel and add it to our portfolio.
